About Me

My name is Caroline. Infamously known as Carol, Sweet C, and many other things that probably aren't appropriate to write on my blog. 

Im a twenty-year-old-girl born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, taking on life at the University of Alabama, Roll Tide, as a Hospitality Management major one day hoping to fulfill my dreams of owning my own cupcakery as well as pursuing my new found love of event planning. 

This is me. 

• My two favorite things in the world are cupcakes & cocktails (duh)
• I have a hard time saying no.. which can be a downfall of mine.. especially the morning after going out.
• I think Chelsea Handler and I might be the same person.
• I make killer cupcakes and that's just about one of the only things I've really succeeded at in life ...besides being able to balance a beer bottle on my head while doing the macarena.
• I spend my summers at the beach, my favorite place in the entire world. 
• I have 2 parents, 3 siblings, and a bajillion best friends. 
• Ive had the name of my future cupcakery picked out since I was a little girl.
• I went to Catholic school my entire life and didn't know that wasn't the norm until I got to college. 
• Sleeping is one of my favorite past times.
• I have plans to write a book based on a collection of my ridiculous life stories. I'm too scared to publish it when its finished in high fear that my parents will never speak to me again. 
• I get my cooking skills from my mother
• I get my drinking skills from my father
• I want a big family. Think cheaper by the dozen minus 6.
• You can find me at Wine Wednesday every single Humpday. And yes I do have an 8 am class the next day.  
• I still sleep with a nightlight 
• I have a candle obsession. Don't let me within 10 feet of a Bath and Body Works. 
• My snapchat stories are always at least 100 seconds long.
• I'm terrified of rock climbing walls. And clowns. And shots. (needles, not the ones I
